Annual General Meeting
Environmental Health Australia Limited
will hold a virtual AGM
on 10 November 2023
at 4.00 pm (Brisbane GMT+10 AEST)

Call for nominations for the board are now closed.
The Annual General Meeting will:
- Confirm the draft minutes from the AGM held on 26 September 2022;
- Enable the National President to deliver a report on activities over the past twelve months;
- Appoint an Auditor for the EHA financial accounts for 2023-2024; and
- Appoint Directors to the National Board.
Constitution Items 31, 32 and 34 outlines the composition and board procedures including that half of the Board must stand down at each AGM, whilst still being eligible for re-election.
Section 26 of the Constitution enables a Member to appoint a proxy. If a proxy is to be appointed, the details must be received by national@eh.org.au at the close of business on Friday 3 November 2023.
